Tuesday's DN: Arrest In Killing Of Central High Grad

An 18-year-old has surrendered in the killing of a popular recent Central High School grad who was caught in the crossfire of two feuding groups of young men.

A gay man ousted from a local Boy Scout organization testifies in a federal trial.  The Boy Scouts are fighting to keep their free city-owned digs, despite the group's policy of discriminating against gays.
