Tuesday's DN: Tacony Creek Park chewed up by ATVs

ATV riders are causing destruction in Tacony Creek Park, chewing up the terrain.  Philadelphia Police pull a weekend raid, seizing 37 ATVs.  And in Northumberland County, local officials hope ATV riding help bring economic growth.

It's being called the "Workers Stand for America" rally.   It could just as well be called "Mixed Messages for the Masses."

The vice president of the Marcellus Shale Coalition says a court ruling that municipalities can control zoning on natural gas drilling projects is a blow to safe industry practices.

And WPHT-AM radio show host Dom Giordano accuses City Councilman Jim Kenney of "pathetic pandering and grandstanding" in the Chick-Fil-A controversy.  There you have it: Giordano as an expert on pandering.
