Here's our take on today's papers in America's most miserable city.

More on State Sen. Vince Fumo's TV ad. Opponent Anne Dicker thinks his claim that he has fought illegal guns is bogus.

And another Fumo opponent -- longtime rival union leader John Dougherty -- is also in the news today. The electricians union, which he heads, is trying to block the city ethics board from reviewing the $2.4 million the group's political action committee spent in last year's elections.

And the state Supreme Court issued a smackdown to Mayor Nutter yesterday, the Inquirer reports. The court said it would decide whether the city has the power to control licenses on riverbed land. Mayor Nutter recently revoked a license given to the SugarHouse Casino to build on the waterfront.
