Thursday's DN: Big Day For Boy Scouts In Federal Court

A federal jury yesterday declared that the city had violated the rights of a local Boy Scouts troop by trying to force it to denounce the group's policy of discriminating against gays.

First the carrot, then the stick -- the city's tax amnesty program ends at midnight tomorrow.  City lawyers will be after those who didn't take the opportunity to pay up back taxes.  Here's how to pay up in time.
