Thursday's DN-- Council aide accused of 16 ethics violations

Jane McIntosh, daughter of Linda Ann Weston, the alleged mastermind accused of fraud and torturing four mentally disabled adults –was also charged yesterday with kidnapping and conspiracy. Meanwhile, a fifth abuse victim has been rescued.
