Mayor Nutter today heads out for sunny Oklahoma City where he'll spend the weekend talking policy and knocking back drinks with the other members of the U.S. Conference of Mayors. We're sure he's thrilled to go west and get a break from budget debates and scuffles with City Council.

What luck! There's a film festival this weekend in Oklahoma City. Given Nutter's recent quest to tax sugary drinks, we recommend "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead," a documentary about an obese man trying to reclaim his health.
