Mayor Nutter is in Chicago today, for the second day in a row, where he'll be appearing in the 2010 Richard J. Daley Global Cities Forum.
The event, named for the late Chicago mayor and father of current Mayor Richard M. Daley, will feature a variety of municpal leaders and experts, including White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. Here's a list of some of the participants:
