Sources tell PhillyClout that City Treasurer Rebecca Rhynhart will be appointed budget director today. Mayor Nutter plans to make the announcement at a 2 p.m. press conference.
Former Budget Director Steve Agostini left the administration on Friday for a job in Washington, DC. Nutter's press office declined comment until after the press conference.
