Nutter learning to cut a rug
Mayor Nutter was spied taking a dance lesson at the Society Hill Dance Academy (401 S. 2nd) Saturday afternoon. Dressed in a button-down shirt, tie and slacks, Nutter checked his BlackBerry when his instructor left the room. We're told Hizzoner appeared to be learning the basic steps of the fox trot and waltz.
