So we all know that Mayor Nutter is a vocal recycling advocate. But this week, PhillyClout wondered if that ethic extended to his campaign.
At a Nutter campaign event this week, we noticed that the red and blue sign with the words "Nutter for Mayor" hung up on the podium looked exactly like the signs from Nutter's 2007 run. Turns out, that's because this was a leftover sign from the last campaign.
So is Nutter being thrifty and just using the old signs? Campaign spokeswoman Sheila Simmons tells us that they will probably get a new logo and sign, but they haven't done it yet because the campaign is still getting up and running.
