Nutter provides update on Election in Philadelphia

Mayor Nutter said there have been minor incidents at polling places, but that it was nothing out of the ordinary.

Mayor Nutter just provided an update on the election here in Phialdelphia.

"I understand turnout has been pretty steady," Nutter said. "In any election when you have lines, that's a good sign that people are paying attention and they are listening."

Nutter said there have been minor incidents at polling places, but that it was nothing out of the ordinary.

Nutter reminded voters that if they are in line at 8 p.m. they can still vote and that anyone who is not listed in the registration or supplemental books can vote via provisional ballot.
