Monday's DN: Councilman demands city appear at hearing on its prison healthcare contract

City Councilman Jim Kenney is demanding that the Nutter administration appear at a hearing on the city's controversial prison healthcare contract. He is threatening to subpoena the city or withhold funds from the Law Department.
