Memo to Streets Dept.: Rep. Dwight Evans has a complaint about a tree

State Rep. Dwight Evans has been using his Twitter feed -- @RepDwightEvans -- to send out pictures of damages and ways to get help in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.  But he seems to be getting a little impatient, especially about a huge tree down in the 1600 block of Cliveden Street.  Calling 3-1-1 apparently has not helped.
