It's like a tomb -- a freezing tomb -- over here in City Hall today, since city workers have the day off.

Mayor Nutter has a full schedule of Martin Luther King Day events today. According to an op-ed in the Daily News, it's not too late to join the service projects around the city.

Yesterday Nutter appointed two new people to the Convention Center Board. Yes, we know that board appointments aren't exactly thrilling, but apparently that's what new mayors have to do?
