A polling operation based in North Carolina today released a survey of Pennsylvania voters who were asked if they'd support TV personality Chris Matthews if he ran as a Democrat against Republican Sen. Arlen Specter in 2010. Public Policy Polling found 27 percent in support of Matthews, 40 percent favoring Specter and 33 percent undecided.
