Friday's DN: McCaffery ethics lawsuit drags into AG election

Dan McCaffery sued the Philadelphia Board of Ethics after he lost the 2009 Democratic primary election for District Attorney.  The suit drags on 25 months later, as he is running for state Attorney General.  Is that a political liability?  He says no.

Traffic Court Judge Willie Singletary is suspended without pay for allegedly showing a court staffer a picture on his cell phone of what was going on under the robe.
