Friday's DN: Keystoned State, an update on Corbett, jobs and drug testing

The Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association issues a survey following up on Gov. Corbett's claim last year that employers "can't find anybody that has passed a drug test."  The survey shows two out of three job applicants pass the drug test.  Also in Clout today, FOP President John McNesby considers a potential special election for the state Senate and state Rep. Ed Neilson is in no hurry to be sworn in for his City Council seat.
