You may have already heard that our friend and colleague Dave Davies is leaving the Daily News for a gig at WHYY-FM, where he has been a fill-in host for Terry Gross on National Public Radio's "Fresh Air." We can't say enough about how much Dave will be missed at the paper and in the City Hall bureau, where we have often relied on his keen insight and political know-how. He will be missed.
Here's hoping he does many more awesome interviews, like this one. We wish him the very best of luck.
