City Sends Five-Year Plan to PICA

The Nutter administration has sent over their five year financial plan to state watchdog, the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority. You can check out their cover letter, which details some small revisions, and the plan here.

Doesn't look like any major changes, though they do note that the continued weak economy and the potential for further state and federal cuts could harm the city yet again.

PICA must now approve the plan. They are scheduled to meet at the end of the month.
