Brady: 'I still can’t figure out why they didn’t like Hillary Clinton'

U.S. Rep. Bob Brady, Philadelphia’s Democratic party boss: "I still can’t figure out why they didn’t like Hillary Clinton"

City Hall reporter Claudia Vargas says a certain congressman has some vacuuming to do:

U.S. Rep. Bob Brady, Philadelphia's Democratic party boss, cruised to a 10th term in Congress Tuesday evening. Brady defeated Republican Deborah Williams by nearly 5-to-1 margin.

On Wednesday morning, he was more concerned about the result of the presidential election.

"I still can't figure out why they didn't like Hillary Clinton," Brady said about most of Pennsylvania, sounding defeated and tired. "They bought into repealing Obamacare, Make American Great Again… People wanted a change and they got that. We'll see how it goes."

On Republicans winning the White House, Senate and House, Brady offered this: "Now they're in charge. Let's see how they do."

In the meantime, he planned for Wednesday to be a cleaning day.

"I'm going to clean up my corridor, clean up leftovers from yesterday… vacuum."
