Will Sen. Arlen Specter Face a Primary Challenge?

There's been tons of reporting lately on whether "Hardball" host Chris Matthews will run as a Democrat for the Senate seat currently occupied by Republican Arlen Specter 2010. But Specter has made fewer headlines. Politico had an interesting story on whether Specter will face a primary challenge. It seems to boil down to whether ex-congressman Pat Toomey decides to take on Specter one more time. Toomey came close to Specter in 2004, losing the primary by just two percentage points.
