    Council. Duh? He's going to go for that minority seat at large. He already recieved more votes citywide than he would need to get one of those seats.

    y must everyone complain about city voters only voting for D's. If the R's want to win then they need to spend the money to educate the voters on what they will do for the city and why they are better than the current status quo. until then SHUT UP

    jayman, it doesn't matter how much they spend, the robo-voters will vote the way they are told. If they really put any thought into it, Philly would have had Mayor Katz instead of Mayor Street... Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. Democrats have had single party rule over Philly for the last 50+ years. How's that working for ya? Insane!
