Vince Fumo's son emails friends and family with news of his dad in prison. And it turns out that Milton Street is housed in the same place.

There's an arrest in the slaying of a Philadelphia Housing Authority worker.

And union leaders for the city's firefighters and white collar workers write in to criticize the amendements to legislation in Harrisburg that would provide budget relief to the city.
