Could the long discussed idea of selling the Philadelphia Gas Works be reigniting?

Mayor Nutter says he is working with Council President Darrell Clarke on "renewed interest" in the Divine Lorraine Hotel on North Broad Street, a massive and crumbling piece of the city's history.

And no need to smile for the camera, criminals.  Chances are it isn't working.
