Sty Bykofsky says Philadelphia will be less safe if the Nutter administration ends a one-year program of sharing arrest information with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.

Ronnie Polaneczky laments the gutting in the state Senate of legislation designed to keep teen drivers safe.

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair will be awarded the Liberty Medal at the National Constitution Center.

And a former state trooper files a federal civil rights lawsuit, claiming she was forced to either resign or break up with her boyfriend after he used her car -- with her asleep in the front seat -- for a get-away after shoplifting.
