The city has dealt with three big water-main breaks in 10 days. 

A Fern Rock man was caught in a subway car on the Broad Street line while carrying an AK-47, a handgun, a knife, drugs and cash.

Cops charge a 13-year-old with five gunpoint robberies. Amazingly, he already had a record. 

A Philly cop was arrested Wednesday morning. And then, a few hours later, another one was arrested.
