Clout reports on a City Hall security snafu. Officers at the hall wouldn't let Daniel Moffat in the building without a police escort. Moffat made headlines weeks ago when he was detained and his home was searched after he and friends circulated petitions about police brutality. He was never charged with anything. The mayor's office later called the situation an "overreaction."
