We have a followup to our Wednesday story about the federal investigation into Councilman Jack Kelly. In this installment, the ex-wife of Kelly's chief of staff dishes about what she has told the feds.

Is Nutter playing by the rules with his hefty salaries for top employees? Dave Davies reports that Nutter has dodged the charter-dictated salaries for Police Commissioner Chuck Ramsey and Managing Director Camille Barnett by giving them extra salaries.

As promised, Nutter has named a new zoning board. Personally, we think that until there are new zoning rules, they'll be a whole lot like the old board.
