Reflecting today on First Lady Michelle Obama's visit to Philly to promote her anti-obesity campaign, Gov. Rendell joked that he too is now an example of weight loss success.
"For the first time since I've been governor, I think I'm an example to children," Rendell said, adding that his mother would finally be proud of the way he looked in photos.
Rendell, who has dropped from 265 pounds to 205 pounds, said he success was simply due to self discipline. "Mostly it's about what you put in your mouth," he said.
