PhillyClout Scores a PAPME Award!

We at PhillyClout just learned that we won a state journalism award for our 18-hour blogathon of Election Day last year. We placed first in the "Online Coverage of Breaking News" catagory in the Pennsylvania Associated Press Managing Editors annual contest.

We at PhillyClout just learned that we won a state journalism award for our 18-hour blogathon of Election Day last year. We placed first in the "Online Coverage of Breaking News" catagory in the Pennsylvania Associated Press Managing Editors annual contest.

Online Coverage of Breaking News (Circulation over 75,000)

First Place: Catherine Lucey, Chris Brennan, Philadelphia Daily News, "PhillyClout coverage of Election Day"

Second Place: Staff, The Morning Call, "Carbon Monoxide victim was retired PPL Engineer"
