We just got this from the city Office of Emergency Management:

The Philadelphia County Courts (Traffic, Municipal and Common Pleas) will be CLOSED on Thursday, February 11, 2010 due to the snow emergency. Municipal Court Preliminary Arraignment Court, Bail Acceptance, Emergency Protection From Abuse, Youth Study Center Intake Unit, and the Warrant Unit will remain open.
