Nutter and team will attend Inauguration, how much will it cost the city?

Mayor Nutter and his team will be attending President Obama’s second Inauguration on Monday.

Nutter will already be in Washington, D.C. for a U.S. Conference of Mayors three-day conference. USCM which Nutter is president of, will foot the bill for his trip to DC.

Meanwhile the city will be on the hook for the expenses of three of Nutter’s staffers Terry Gillen, director of federal affairs, Tumar Alexander, the administration’s Council liaison and Desiree Peterkin-Bell, city representative and director of communications and two cops from his security detail. McDonald did not have any information on how much travel, hotel and other expenses would cost.
