Signifying the gravity of the city's financial situation, Mayor Nutter plans to do a live televised address on his budget cuts at noon on 6-ABC tomorrow.

This is the first time Nutter has done such a planned televised address since entering office 10 months ago. On January 27, 2006 Mayor Street went on live TV to detail the city's efforts to reduce violence.
