Is a Matthews-Specter Senate Race Looming?

A polling operation based in North Carolina today released a survey of Pennsylvania voters who were asked if they'd support TV personality Chris Matthews if he ran as a Democrat against Republican Sen. Arlen Specter in 2010. Public Policy Polling found 27 percent in support of Matthews, 40 percent favoring Specter and 33 percent undecided. For the full results click here.
