Our Friday column takes a look at the state Supreme Court order that City Council allow public comment, the fate of local GOP Chairman Vito Canuso, the feud between the City Commission and Committee of 70, Gov. Rendell relearning how to drive and a verbal jab at Mayor Nutter from labor leader John Dougherty.

The city's deal to end a dispute with the local chapter of the Boy Scouts stalls with problems in City Council and criticism from the LGBT community.

Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity are off the air in Philadelphia -- at least for now -- while Michael Smerconish goes national.

And Foxwoods -- now Horseshoe -- has three weeks to wrap up a deal to build a casino in South Philly or lose its state license.
