In Clout today, the four Democrats running for governor show well-defined goals in a 6ABC debate. Tom Wolf remains in command while U.S. Rep. Allyson Schwartz and state Treasurer Rob McCord seek to topple him and Katie McGinty hopes the three-way fight benefits her.  Also in Clout, abortion emerges as a contentious issue in the Democratic primary for the 13th District U.S. House seat.

In City Council, legislation moves forward to make it illegal for pets to be left outside when it is too hot or cold.

And FactCheck.org declares "demonstrably false" a campaign commercial from Gov. Corbett, slamming Tom Wolf about taxes during his time as Gov. Rendell's revenue secretary.
