We're told that the polling place at the Mummer's Museum at 2nd Street and Washington Ave. has been shut down and that police are on the scene. "It's Our Money" blogger Ben Waxman is down there and tells us that the shut down came after a screaming match between competing judges of elections. The District Attorney is reportedly on his way to the scene.

UPDATE: 12:30 -- Waxman says the polling place has been reopened, but a man who has a court order saying he's the minority judge of elections is being kept outside.

Once the second Republican voter should up Congressman Bob Brady had no choice but to shut down the poll.

The minority judges point out irregularities that the majority judges of elections try to pretend are just normal, like going in uninvited to "help" frail seniors vote even after they protest no, then "voting for" them. Then the minority judges get assaulted and accused of starting fights. That is how the Democrats are here. Seen it. Been there. Olivia Rich, judge of elections did that to someone who said there was voting irregularities. Police were called to the scene. Ask yourself though, if you can't run a clean fair election, what are you? Not what you say you are, that's for sure.

The New Black Panthers are back at their old Polling Place that Eric Holder and Obama had no problem with before. Why shouldn't they be, right? Obama didn't see any voter intimidation actual or implied. http://www.myfoxphilly.com/dpp/news/politics/local_politics/New_Black_Panther_Party_Spotted_At_Philadelphia_Polling_Place_110210

To avoid any more confrontation they have asked that Democrats wait until tomorrow to vote.
