This just in from the District Attorney's office. According to today's DN, the two staffers will be terminated today.

Philadelphia- The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office has charged 50-year-old Robin Jones with DUI and Driving with a Suspended License for an accident that happened on September 8, 2012 in Center City Philadelphia. She has been released on her own recognizance and is scheduled for court on October 11, 2012 in courtroom 404. 41-year-old Rodney Williams is facing a DUI charge after he allegedly showed up to help Jones at the scene of the earlier crash.
