City Council to hold neighborhood budget meeting
City Council's bringing the budget to a neighborhood near you.
Council announced its first neighborhood budget hearing Thursday, set to be held April 17 at Penns Landing Caterers located at 1301 S Columbus Blvd from 6 to 8 p.m.
This year the city is moving to a new property-tax system based on market values known as the Actual Value Initiative and Council wants to hear from you.
