City Council president Darrell Clarke is starting to fill some key positions with familiar faces.

Council’s Chief Financial Officer Charles McPherson retired when former Council president Anna Verna did, and sources said yesterday that former City treasurer Folasade Olanipekun-Lewis will  fill that position in February. She served as treasurer under former Mayor John Street and later served as Chief Financial Officer for the Philadelphia School District.

Also, Mary Ellen Milovsky will take care of Council’s administrative services. She has worked a total of 12 years in both the current administration and the Street administration.
