Latrice Bryant holds up a KKK sign during last week's City Council session.

After nearly a week of heat and hype, Fox 29 News last night aired its report on Latrice Bryant, City Councilman's W. Wilson Goode Jr.'s chief legislative aide.  You may remember that Bryant, unhappy that Fox 29 had followed her around secretly for 10 days during the summer to see if she was attending to personal business while logged in as working at her City Hall office, flashed a few signs in City Council last week calling the station a bunch of racists.

No surprise:  The Committee of 70 says Goode should do a better job monitoring the work hours of his employees.  Bit of a surprise:  Councilman Frank Rizzo went on the record to criticize Goode about Bryant.

Here's the report, aired last night on the Fox 29 News at 10 p.m.

Here's the Daily News reporting on last week's incident and on Bryant's skyrocketing city salary.

Playing the race card to deflect your own professional and personal shortcomings minimizes the actual racism that happens everday.

She works hard for the money, just not in City Hall. Is there a Mrs. Goode?

Although I no longer live in the City, I still work and pay taxes in the in the City so I feel justified in posting a comment. Goode is a disgrace to his position. It appears that he and his "aide" are doing more than City Council work. Isn't this really known as prostitution? She is being paid for extra activities while on City time. Then to use the race card as their only defense. Pure stupidity. FOX 29 exposed 2 white men for the same infractions and no one used the race card. In fact, neither one are with the City any longer. Will the Goode girlfriend be excused because she is "A BLACK WOMAN" or is she subject to the same laws of the white man. I wasn't aware that the City has seprate laws differentiating white men from black women. It appears that Wilson Goode, Jr. is even more stupid then his father, the worst mayor that the City has ever had in power.
