North Coventry Township Police are investigating an alleged road-rage incident involving an angry woman driver who allegedly punched another female motorist yesterday.

North Coventry Township Police are investigating an alleged road-rage incident involving an angry female driver who allegedly punched another female motorist yesterday.

Police said the incident occurred about 1 p.m. in the area of E. Cedarville and Miller Roads. The victim, who was not identified by police, told officers that the other woman almost ran into her vehicle. Then the woman exited her vehicle, began to argue with the victim, punched her, and fled south on Miller Road. Police described the assailant as a white female about 40 with dark, shoulder-length, straight hair. Police said she was driving a dark blue or black small SUV, possibly a Hyundai. Anyone with information is asked to call North Coventry police at 610-323-8360.
