Turks Head festival a perennial West Chester high note


The 29th annual Turks Head Music Festival,a daylong celebration of local bands and crafts, will be held at Everhart Park Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.

The 29th annual Turks Head Music Festival, a free daylong celebration of local bands and crafts, will be held at Everhart Park, 100 S. Brandywine St., Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.

Approximately 70 to 90 artists will set up booths throughout the park to sell their wares.  Food vendors will also participate. During the festival, two stages will feature a total of 11 local bands of different genres, including Windoview, Prophets in Stereo, Little Martha, and Devolver.
