While we await word on when Atlantic City's casinos will be back in business, this much is known: The Friday night Steve Martin & The Steep Canyon Rangers gig at Caesars Atlantic City has been postponed (meaning it will be rescheduled), while comedian Jeff Garlin's Saturday  Trump Taj Mahal set has been canceled. No word yet on other shows including BoyzIIMen at Resorts Atlantic City and funnyman Jim Breuer at Borgata. Stay tuned...

At the time, it looked like the safest bet in Atlantic City.

Prior to the April 2 “soft” opening of the $2.4 billion Revel mega-resort, the smart money said it would be Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa, the city’s market-leader since its mid-2003 opening, that would take the biggest hit, due to the two properties’ similar marketing strategies and their shared emphasis on upscale facilities and amenities.
