Simon & Garfunkel Taj Mahal gig called off

The planned July 31 Simon & Garfunkel concert at Trump Taj Mahal has,  like the rest of the revered folk-rock duo's upcoming tour, has been indefinitely postponed beacuse of Art Garfunkel's continuing health problems.

According to a release from the Taj, Garfunkel continues to battle a case of vocal paresis. or weakened vocal chords that previously had forced the team to reschedule April and May dates to next month."I do feel bad about disrupting so many people's plans, but as I continue to mend, I can't bring my 'A' game to a tour, and I would not perform for you with anything less," the singer said in the statement.

Tickets can be refunded at the point of purchase.
