The Camden School Board is looking to hire 100 district students for summer jobs.

Students ages 14 to 19 are eligible for the program that pays $8.50 an hour. Depending on skills and interview, students could work in the mayor’s office, superintendent’s office or in various jobs throughout the schools including maintenance work. 

Interested students can get applications from school guidance counselor or at the district administration building on Front Street. In addition to filed application, students will need two letters of references, a current report card, birth certificate and social security card. Bilingual students are encouraged to apply. 

Deadline to apply is June 13. 

Employment starts July 9th and goes through Aug. 16th and work days will be from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
