NJWeedman Jailed, Blames Miscalculation

NJ Weedman got a break when a judge sentenced him last month to probation for possessing a pound of marijuana. But he landed in jail anyway because he refused to register for periodic visits with a probabtion officer. Now, after two weeks in a Philly prison, he says he "miscalculated."
