Dangerous Dam in Medford May Finally Be Fixed

A hazardous Medford dam, with the potential to cause death and property loss if is breached, is finally on the road to being repaired, decades after it was cited as unsafe. There are at least 40 homes downstream of the dam and some businesses. A judge threatened to jail a prominent 85-year-old developer who refused to contribute to the repair costs - and it worked.
