Croydon man struck, killed on I-95

A Croydon man was struck and killed by a tractor trailer on I-95 in Bristol Township on Tuesday night, state police have reported.

Norbert Joseph Blum, 48, had pulled over on the side of the highway about 8 p.m. because of engine problems. After getting out of his car, he was struck by a tractor trailer from Arizona, state police said.

The driver of the tractor trailer remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
