Croydon man busted for alleged child porn possession in Delco
A Croydon, Bucks County man is in a Delaware County jail after his girlfriend found more than 100 photos of child porn on his cell phone in Collingdale, police said.
Jeffrey Warshaw, 43, faces more than 100 counts of child porn possession, a third-degree felony punishable by up to 7 years in prison. He was arrested Wednesday and sent to Delaware County jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Warshaw's girlfriend suspected he was cheating on her, prompting her to look through his phone, at which time she found the images, police said.
